(2)Lakers over (7) Memphis (Sweep)
(3)Mavs over (6) Portland (In six)
(4)OKC over (5) Denver (In seven. Too bad, cause I like Denver. Maybe b/c they have the Knicks whole team)
2nd Round East:
(4)Orlando over (1) Bulls (In six. Finally all the hype about the Bulls will be over!)
(2)Heat over (6)Knicks (Sweep. Hate to say it, but it’s true)
2nd Round West:
(4)OKC over (1) spurs (In six.)
(2)Lakers over (3)Mavs (In five.)
Conference Finals
East: Heat over Magic (In five)
West: Lakers over OKC (In five)
Finals: Lakers over Heat (In six. Hate to say it, and I hate both these teams, but Lakers!)

Not sure if this influences your predictions for the first round, but those are best-of-five series, not seven.
East:
The Knicks/Celtics is the toughest to pick. It's definitely going to game 5 where I think the Knicks will win.
West:
You shouldn't sleep on the Spurs. They were the best team in the league for the first 3/4 of the season, then coasted to the finish line. Their only question mark is Manu's injury. They could probably rest him for the first round and still beat NO.
I think it'll be Lakers over the Spurs, then beating the Heat in the finals.

Several years ago they switched to the best of 7 for the 1st round.
Yeah - my bad about the # of games. I guess having the Nets and Knicks out of the playoffs all these years, I really haven't paid attention.
So now that all of the series have begun, 6 out of the 8 matchups will probably go to the full 7 games. This is going to be a fun playoff season to watch!
